Alfonso and Company Limited is a family-led enterprise that focuses on different fields. It contains a wide range of businesses, from shipping services to processing of raw materials, such as rubber, timber, bitumen, or petrol.

The processing industries are mainly located at the headquarters plant in Nigeria. With Alfonso and Company being a family-led enterprise we can be reached in Europe, i.e. Switzerland and Belgium.

Foundation

Alfonso Group is part of Alfonso and Company which was founded in 1975 by Late Dr. Ibidapo Abiodun Alfonso as a purely Civil Engineering Company, contributing heavily to the Nigerian construction industry for decades. 

With great ambition and hard work the company eventually expanded into several enterprises. Today, the Alfonso Group has developed into a highly diversified company dealing with bitumen, farms, plantations, quarry, and import/export of Bio LNG/PTL Fuel and renewable energy.

In order to strengthen the company and build a solid foundation for continuity over time, we have built business relationships and cooperations with partners in Africa and Europe.

Legitimacy

Alfonso & Company was founded by the late Dr. Ibidapo Abiodun Alfonso over 40 years ago in Nigeria. Our company is registered in the EU/EFTA and headed by John A. Alfonso, son of the late Dr. Ibidapo Abiodun Alfonso.
